CyberFrog appears in issues #1 and #4 of this title according to ComicVine. This marks the first appearance of CyberFrog in a decade, with the last publications (CyberFrog: Amphibionix) hitting the stands in 2001.
Harris Comics published CyberFrog for a short run, from 1996 to 1997. Included in this publishing span were 4 issues of the 1996 solo CyberFrog title, then 2 issues of CyberFrog: Reservoir Frog, followed by CyberFrog #0 in 1997.
1997 also saw reprints of the black and white, Hall of Heroes stories with 2 issues of the CyberFrog 3rd Anniversary Special, and the introduction of Salamandroid in the Salamandroid Zine.
In 2001 CyberFrog is renewed with CyberFrog: Amphibionix, a title that tries to set the foundation for CyberFrog and Salamandroid to unite against overwhelming threats.
So that’s 28 books you can collect from the 90’s.

Hall of Heroes is where it all began for Trikk Rhan and the buggy murderers that make up his “Rogues Gallery”. These issues are not too far removed from the offerings made by Harris comics a couple of years later as we see familiar characters like FLY (Who would later become DeathFly), Barge and Device.
Salamndroid is also a staple of this small library, having been featured in his own story within the pages of Hall of Heroes Presents.
